Role Overview

The Senior Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in our technical support team, focusing on verifying and resolving issues related to iGaming and online casino games. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with second-level support, QA, and developers to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated technical issues from second-level support.
  • Verify the root cause of reported problems and accurately assess the severity of issues.
  • Regularly review product updates and documentation to stay informed about the latest features and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related technical field.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient in Laravel Frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of MySQL database design and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with GitHub for version control.
  • Experience with iGaming-related back-office projects.
